Super cool light effects, lots of variety, love the Glorb and its design - however, good Android functionality is lacking dearly, repeated difficulties to connect properly. 3 stars because it mostly runs on default mode, which is nice but would be much better if there weren't always hassles about connecting to the Glorb and changing the light mode.

Some effects even make it appear as if the surface is undulating like a wave on a liquid surface. I find the GLORB an amazing piece of art. It’s like candy to my eyes and brain. You can choose out of so many amazing animations and it can also react to sound, which makes it even more cool. Some animations make it look like it’s breathing. You have to see it in person to truly experience this! Truly amazing, would recommend it to everyone. I’ve bought a second one because you can sync them and I’m sure it will look so cool at parties.

I received a GLORB for Beta testing, and I’m very impressed with what this small team has achieved since the Alpha version. Some of the animations really give the GLORB a 'living' feel, almost like something out of an ALIEN movie. It creates a hypnotic effect unlike anything I’ve ever experienced from a lamp before.

I had the chance to get a BETA-GLORB, and I absolutely love it! My cat usually tries to steal my food while I’m eating, but when I turn on the GLORB, he gets totally mesmerized, almost like when humans stare into a fire. Now, I can finally enjoy my meals without interruptions. That alone makes it a 5/5! I also highly recommend the 'waves' animation paired with the 'pixie' color I could watch it for hours.
